I'm very new to PTC sites. I'm only at it a few weeks and hope to learn how to build a downline from other members. Any advice is welcome

best way to get downline is publicizing your ref link - and the best way to do that is to pay for some adverts on other ptcs. you can buy a display banner on a ptc ( if it allows it) for a couple of bucks a month and you will get referrals.

read the info on the main page of genuine deals, there might be something there about getting refs certainly
